Mr. Dempsey has been with the firm since December 2000 and became partner in 2009. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University in 1989 and a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1994. He has worked in the medical malpractice field as well as other areas of personal injury litigation. Prior to coming to the firm, he was in-house counsel to Nationwide Insurance and was a civil litigation associate representing the New York City Police Department PBA.
