Mr. Mishara has been with the firm since 1986 and became partner in 1995.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont and his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. He served as a Clerk for the Honorable Gilbert Ramirez, Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings County, and was on the Washington, D.C. staff of Silvio O. Conte, a member of the United States House of Representatives.  In addition to his trial work, Mr. Mishara has counseled physicians on matters relating to employment and health care related issues.
