Mr.
Weinberg has been with the firm since 1987 and became a partner in 1989.
Before that he was a trial attorney with the firms of Bower &
Gardner and DeVito, Pilkington & Leggett. He also served for six years as
Assistant State Attorney in Broward County, Florida, where he was appointed
Special Prosecutor by Governor Bob Graham to handle homicide charges involving
organized crime figures.
He has recorded over one hundred and fifty verdicts in a wide range of
cases of great complexity during his career, tried against some of the
leading litigators in both New York and Florida.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Beloit College and a Juris
Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of
the ABA, DRI and Mensa.
