Before coming to the firm, he was a trial attorney with the firm of Bower & Gardner and served as a prosecutor in Florida for six years, during which he specialized in cases of sexual assault upon children and adults and was appointed Special Prosecutor by Governor Bob Graham to handle homicide charges involving organized crime figures. He is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell® (their highest rating) and a member of Mensa, the New York State Medical Defense Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
